Refund policy

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind and created with great care. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and photography.

Every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@ingabarbuto.com.au.

To help assess the damage, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the outer packaging before opening (if possible)
• Clear photos of the damaged artwork and/or packaging

Each claim is reviewed individually. If damage is confirmed, I will work with you on a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement where possible, or an alternative arrangement depending on the artwork.
